She is a lifetime resident of the area: Born in Orlando, raised in Lake Mary, and now living in Winter Park, she attended the University of Central Florida, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing. Her experiences in marketing and sales fuel her passions for working with people, establishing lifelong relationships, and applying her professional skills to produce optimum outcomes for buyers and sellers alike.
As a millennial who enjoys building a referral-based clientele, many of her customers are first-time homebuyers. She loves helping them through the process to achieve what may be the most critical milestone in their lives. Her positive approach keeps her customers motivated and moving forward — she learned early on that difficulties and roadblocks are a part of every transaction, so she’s happy to tackle whatever comes her way to serve her buyers and sellers. Amanda is part of the power duo, Team Soldlando, with her real estate partner, Melissa Flores.
